Bachelors of Science, Honours Behavioural Neuroscience, Laurentian University, Sudbury ON.
Jesse is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student at the University of Waterloo, within the School of Pharmacy. Jesse completed his undergraduate degree in Behavioural Neuroscience at Laurentian University, a program that highlighted the molecular mechanisms of neurological disorders. Under the supervision of Dr. Slavcev, Jesse has recently completed an internship with Mediphage Bioceuticals and Illumina examining the transcriptomic profile of a cellular model of Alzheimer's disease, and will be using that work in order to construct a hybrid phage display/gene therapy platform.
